Loosen your existing deck hardware and remove all hardware that is located beneath the deck mounts under the frame (including existing deck bolts).
One by one, replace each of your existing deck bolts with a 1-1/4" bolt provided in your hardware kit. Blue Locktite may be used.
Slide each of the 1" bolts through the bolt holes on the grindplate. Blue Locktite may be used.
Find the largest spacer (7/32") and put one on each bolt.
Thread each of the 1" threaded standoffs onto each bolt and tighten by hand until snug.
Position the grindplate under the main deck bolts. Locate a 13/64" spacer and slide it onto a deck bolt. Then, thread the deck bolt into the standoff slightly. Repeat the process for the three remaining bolts. Finally, use a criss-cross tightening sequence to secure the deck and grindplate.

One by one, replace each of your existing deck bolts with a 1-1/2" bolt provided in your hardware kit. Blue Locktite may be used.
Slide each of the 1" bolts through the bolt holes on the grindplate. Blue Locktite may be used.
Place one washer on each bolt on top of the grindplate. Note: If you want the grindplate to sit against the frame skip this step.
Thread each of the 1-3/4" threaded standoffs onto each bolt and tighten by hand until snug.
Position the grindplate under the main deck bolts and begin to thread the deck bolts into the standoffs using a criss-cross tightening sequence. Place one of the washers you saved in Step 1 in between each stand-off and the deck mount tabs.
Inspect the grindplate and ensure no washers slid out during installation. Torque the deck and grindplate bolts appropriately.
