PRICING:  Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed. Prices may or may not include shipping within the United States. If shipping is not included in the stated product price, applicable shipping charges will be applied to your location at checkout. Prices do not include sales tax. If applicable, sales tax may be added to your order at checkout.

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the hobby, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted. With that said, Engine Trix is committed to providing you with exceptional customer service and follow through with our products every step of the way. AVAILABILITY:  Engine Trix does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice.

SHIPPING:  All items are shipped through a carrier of our choice. A tracking number will be provided by request or automatically delivered via email. Additional insurance, international shipping, and expedite services are available at the buyer's expense.

HANDLING: Typical handling/fulfillment time is 2-3 business days, but may vary depending on services requested and product availability.

WORKSMANSHIP:  Engine Trix warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship at the time of sale. Engine Trix is not responsible for damages caused by modification, improper installation, lack of maintenance or improper operation. Worksmanship guarantee is only applicable to the original buyer.

Engine Trix reserves the right to inspect a product submitted with a claim before having any obligation under this limited warranty. Engine Trix, at it's discretion, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:  All Engine Trix hardware should be inspected and maintained regularly.

ADVERTISING AND WEBSITE CONTENT ERRORS:  While we try to make sure that all prices posted are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may appear on the website. If the posted price for a product or service is incorrect, Engine Trix is only responsible for the correct price, which we will provide to you as soon as we become aware of the error. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, Engine Trix shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price.
